Prior to the 2-hour tribe coaching, you'll need to complete 2-3-hours of preparation. Here is the usual progression: 1.) 15-30-minutes for the content video, 2.) 15-30-minutes for the recommended meditation to unblock your subconscious prior to the insight work, 3.) 30-90-minutes to complete the insight workbook, 4.)10-30-minutes for the occasional additional reading or spotlight video, and 5.) 3-5-minutes for a daily entry into your journal to reinforce changes.

Although we don't anticipate that happening, we offer a full refund during the first two weeks (minus the cost of any received assessments). We want to make certain you find value in your investment. If you are not satisfied at any time in the program, reach out and we will do our best to find a solution or provide a refund.

We take every precaution to ensure as much confidentiality as possible. Because of this, tribe coaching calls are not recorded. You will not be asked to submit your insight work for review. We also require each participant to sign an agreement at the beginning stating that they will not share the tribe coaching discussions.

Yes. It is best if they pay by credit card or reimburse you directly. You will not be placed into a tribe or be able to access the journey materials until we receive full payment. If you need us to invoice your company, please contact us directly.
